Smoke Density Tester

Product description:

This tester is mainly used for measuring the smoke density of cable or optical cable combustion according to the latest GB/T17651 and IEC61034-2019 standards. The measurement principle of this testing instrument is Lambert Beer's law, which uses an optical system to measure the fraction of smoke transmittance in the initial transmittance to represent smoke density. The maximum specific optical density is calculated by the minimum percentage of transmittance. The detection indicators are the optical density OD and specific optical density Ds of smoke

• Use the long pole ignition devices to ensure the testing personnel’s safety, stainless steel flame testing machine stand allocated with a automatic sample fixture

Optical system:

• The optical system developed by the company's own light source, tungsten quartz halogen lamp voltage DC12V, power 100W, nominal luminous flux 2000lm ~ 3000lm, nominal colour temperature 2800K ~ 3200K, the lens beam can be adjusted to 1.5m ± 0.1m, the use of imported high-resolution silicone photovoltaic cells composed of light receivers.

• Test software: Smoke density DAQ test software, the light path calibration system: 0, 100% spot calibration, which is operated on PC

• Standard fan: (fan shaft height 200 ~ 300mm. blade diameter 300 ± 60mm. Air volume 7～15m³/min).
