Sampling for mechanical and physical performance testing of cross-linked polyethylene cables of 35KV and below. Its characteristic is to replace the traditional rotary slicing with a translational slicing, and complete the thermal extension test and tensile test of the sample together. In order to meet the standard requirements of the product and avoid uneven wheels caused by the rotating cutter on the surface of the test piece, the reliability of the test results is greatly improved and the dispersion of the test results is reduced. This machine is safe to use and easy to operate, making it an ideal equipment for sampling the mechanical and physical properties of polyethylene, polyethylene plastic, insulated power cables, and insulated overhead lines. The sliding part of this equipment adopts a special dovetail groove for machine tools and is equipped with precision transmission screws to make the equipment run smoother and more prepared.
