This tester is suitable for testing the insulation abrasion strength test of PVC insulated low-voltage cable for automobiles, and it is a necessary testing instrument for the production of automotive wires. This machine consists of a specially designed device for reciprocating scraping the insulation surface along the axial direction of the specimen and a counter that can record the number of times (with reset function), when the scraping needle grinds through the insulation to contact the conductor, the equipment should stop automatically. The machine can be stopped and restarted at will during the test. Specimen placement force: the specimen should not move during the test, in the movement state, the specimen is subjected to vertical constant force.
